providing feedback on the work of the installers who recently completed some flooring installation in our home. We are happy
to recommend them! They arrived when they were scheduled, worked diligently, and were very courteous. The installation of
the carpet we chose on our stairway was particularly challenging due to the many spindles they had to work around. Tommy spent
a great deal of time on the details and we are very pleased with the results. The tile work the crew did looks great and each

First Federal Bank's 301 South Main Street
office in Findlay was severely damaged during the August flooding. Lauger's Carpet One was our store of choice for the
new lobby, carpeting and tile flooring. Even though Lauger's had also experienced flood damage, Larry and his staff didn't
hesitate to put our needs first. The knowledge and professionalism they exhibited through the entire process from selecting
the new flooring to installation was second to none.

and throwing away cherished items accumulated over 47 years, Larry Lauger made scheduling and purchasing flooring one of the
less stressful tasks during a very sad time in my life. I am a senior citizen and Linda (Kramer) from Lauger's was kind, courteous

My husband and I decided it was time for new flooring
last winter and went to Lauger's. We worked with Tia, and asked her to show us some good carpet that would last long and
look and feel great. We were well pleased with our choices and made arrangements for installation. We were also painting while
the various rooms were empty, so scheduling was a bit tricky. We bought a thick plush carpet for the living room and bedrooms,
a short pile, glue-down type carpeting for the kitchen and main bath and a tough commercial indoor/outdoor carpet for
the entryway. We also have a modern summer kitchen and chose a tough but comfortable (and beautiful) vinyl for that room.
They did a good job with scheduling to suit our desires. There ended up being four installation teams. We were extremely pleased
with each of those teams. Not only did they do an outstanding job laying the flooring, but they were very careful not to scrape
the newly painted walls as they worked. There was an area where the thick carpet had to be installed along ceramic tile. The
previous carpet had not been installed well in that difficult tight area, but Tom made it perfect. Ken laid the vinyl in the
summer kitchen and was very particular about having the concrete underneath properly prepared before laying the vinyl. The
vinyl is just great. We are very happy with our new flooring and really the whole experience working with Lauger's. We
